Easy 4 ingredient chocolate cake is listed as being from your blog. it says two boxes of cake mix – pretty standard but 2 boxes of cook and serve pudding mix, there are two different sizes, which one. john@housmanandassociates.com

    1. I typically buy the Royal brand which is about 3-4 ounces. I believe Jello has a 6 oz box and one that is around 3-4 oz. Choose the smaller ones!

Awesome, just what I needed to know. Love your recipes. John.

    1. So sorry, that post is no longer available! Here’s a similar recipe, if you try it let me know! http://www.onceuponachef.com/2012/01/buttermilk-fried-chicken-tenders-2.html

    Hi Erin,
I love your blog. You know I always asked you for every recipe you and or your Mom made! You had posted something with Fava Beans and it looked amazing. Well, I finally got some at the market today, but I can’t find/remember what or how your prepared them? By any chance do you remember what post it was?

    1. I don’t think I’ve ever made anything with fava beans! I have a few general bean recipes though, like soups and salsas. So you could probably sub the fava beans in.
